The company A.P.Polycarpou and Sons Farm LTD is run by the Polykarpou family that resides in the village Prasteio (Avdimou) in the region of Limassol in Cyprus. The company’s aim is to continue the family’s tradition of producing genuine Cypriot dairy products that has been passed on from generation to generation. We strive to follow the traditional recipe in our manufacturing of products as well as in the processing that follows. The manufacturing of our products abides to all the health specifications required by HACCP and provides the consumers with our fresh, rich in flavor traditional Cypriot products. At A.P.Polycarpou and Sons Farm we produce the traditional Cyprus Halloumi, the Easter Cheese (mostly used for the Easter Cheese Pie “Flaouna”), Yogurt and soft Anari (which is like cream cheese). |
